Ainslie is right on the edge of Canberra's CBD, making it the ideal location to stay if working in town. Both of our locations in Ainslie are a short stroll to the Canberra Centre, Canberra's largest shopping centre, featuring all manner of stores, cafes and restaurants. Slightly further, but still within walking distance is the Ainslie shops, a small local shopping centre featuring a news agent and general store, as well as cafe and restaurant dining venues. Also nearby is the Australian War Memorial, one of Canberra's most popular and awarded tourist attractions.

Ainslie is convenient to the offices of many of Canberra's government departments, including Defence, ATO, CSIRO, Centrelink and others.

Ainslie units are spotlessly clean and supplied with fresh bed linen on arrival along with spare sets of each to allow clients to launder these items themselves. Apartments are thoroughly serviced on departure but not during stay unless requested. A charge of $70 - $85 per requested service applies.
