This Lunar New Year why not visit Canberra’s hottest Asian fusion restuarants?

Asian Fusion had become a culinary punchline in the 1990s. However, over the past couple of years there has been resurgence in the culinary trend. In 2018, there was more focus on cleverly combining traditional Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese flavours with local ingredients. In restaurants in Canberra, there is fusion of native Australian Ingredients, Asian influences and European techniques which is different from Asian Fusion restaurants from other multicultural countries such as the US and Canada. This is partly due to Australia’s close proximity to Asia especially Southeast Asia which has brought diverse Asian migrants and their cuisines in the Australian Culture.

So this Lunar New Year, what better way than to try some of Canberra’s best restaurants.

Delicious range of asian fusion food
