Deakin is a prestige residential suburb which hosts The Lodge, The Royal Australian Mint and a number of embassies. Being located on the slopes of Red Hill the apartment has pleasant views and offers picturesque walking trails in and around Red Hill. Russell Offices are 10 mins drive away, Parliament House is about 2 kilometres distance and the City Centre, Woden Centre and the café precents of Manuka and Kingston are all within a 5 to 10 mins drive. The Canberra Yacht Club is located in the adjoining lakeside suburb of Yarralumla which is home to a variety of restaurants and boutique shops.
